The episode entitled "Exercise for Everyone" will focus on the physical, mental and social benefits of a fitness program. Guest Katherine Reay, certified personal trainer from the BayCare network, will lead the discussion. Also featured on the show is a tutorial on how to begin a fitness center workout by personal trainer Chip Wright, and a cooking demonstration for a post-exercise meal by the Personal Chef of Tampa Bay, Tatiana Martinez. SPC employees can view this live broadcast from any computer. The show will be taped at the Seminole Campus television studio and edited for archived playback on the SPC Wellness TV website and on SPC TV. The TV program will focus on: The physical, mental and social benefits of exercise. Tips to stay motivated in an exercise program. A video demonstration of how to use fitness center equipment with technique tips. A cooking demonstration for a post-exercise meal.
